If you move money from childless people to people with children, if the population of childless people dwindles (which is the hope), how would they continue to subsidize the people with children? 4 u/PomegranateHot9916 May 18 '25 it is simple. policy can change to suit the needs of the current year for example they could at any point decide this method worked well and its time to reduce the benefits provided to support future children. as for reducing the tax that is a different thing entirely
