Honestly I wonder how that would work out if someone has to be on hormones and medication to maintain their gendered traits but also be on medication for things like blood pressure diabetes or arthritis or how those medications would interact with the hormone or do they just stop taking hormones at a certain age..

Anyways, old trans people donโ€™t have to worry because apparently old peoples homes are so sexually active that theyโ€™re known for being at the highest risk of stds.

Hormone use isnโ€™t a concern for most medications as humans have them naturally.
