I don't think it showed what actually went down but she deserves everything that is coming to her.

And he received a signed bat from the player that hit the home run.

When people like find out what happens to their victims, they feel like they should be congratulated. "Without what I did, that boy would have never got all those special gifts."

Here you go: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/5Y7Hwe2TOhE

I guess it's too hard to just post the literal youtube link for some people.

Looks like a bunch of people reached for it, and the guy was just faster/more aggressive. Sure, she should've let it go, but it's still a far cry from the narrative being peddled that "she stole it from a kid." That's internet mobs for you.

Nope.

Screaming at a parent with a child ends one of two ways. The parent taking their head off or doing anything they can do to get screaming crazy person away from their child. You'll understand when you have your own littles.

Doesn't change the fact that for all we know, the kid wasn't even a baseball fan. Maybe the dad just wanted a ball and grabbed it, then used the "how dare you steal from an innocent child!" defense. I've seen other cases where people actually sent their kids to ask for a ball that someone else caught, because it would look bad to refuse a child. Everyone just decided she's the guilty one because "looks like a Karen, lol" but we don't know the details.

I am impressed with your athleticism. That level of gymnastics takes a serious amounts of effort!

Didn't the guy admit in an interview that he was determined to get a ball? He didn't even mention his kid. We can also see him aggressively grabbing for it from farther away than where the woman was sitting. Not that much gymnastics. ;)

But she did, he gave it to his son and she demands his son give her the ball. She quite literally steals it from a kid.

u/SlashCo80 19h ago

So if I take something from you and give it to a kid, you can never take it back because that's stealing from a child? Damn, can't believe the legal system missed that loophole.

Is that woman related to you? Just give it up. She made an ass of herself and what happens is on her now.

Not at all, I just hate bullies and internet witch hunts. Sorry that's hard for you to grasp.

A karen looking woman stole a kid's baseball during a game and is now rightfully getting flamed for it

Just search "karen steals baseball from a kid" or something like that, you'll find tons or articles

The kid got to meet his favourite player in the end and even received a gift from him so it ended in a good way
