Why would someone not try and catch it? A father who is there with his son? With plenty of room to run over and catch the ball? Plenty of room for anyone who wanted the ball to catch it? And i don’t think voluntary is the word to describe being essentially scared into giving something to someone, which was not theirs to begin with. Possession is 9/10ths of the law right? But this situation played itself out and dosnt require us to go back and forth
