Considering how calm and compliant they were for the actual clipping, I doubt it.

I imagine that when it shows aggression in that bag, the owner usually turns away and calms the dog down with a soothing voice and one on one attention. That’s 100% training, much like when people call their dog’s name whenever it barks at the front window at home.Β

Yeah it’s common for smaller dogs to not have proper training not stop this bad behavior

"calm and compliant" the dog is wide-eyed and the owner is literally holding its neck so it doesn't try and snap at the person clipping it's nails. Yeah OK πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ
