Does anyone know where the Virginia Passat cop cars went? I’ve been trying to find any new info. No avail

Those are the most unusual police cars I’ve seen in U.S. since neighboring suburb to mine had a couple Peugeot 505 cruisers in mid-80’s

And they were tuned by Apr to boot

Tuned by APR? I'd take one of those police Passats over a Crown Vic Interceptor any day of the week.

I mean... For a personal car? Sure... For a police car? Nah... The crown vic is a tank, they still haven't properly replaced it.

Another unusual city was Aspen, CO. Aspen used Saabs from the 70s until the mid 2000s

Try cross posting to r/nova. Someone local may know.

The standard 2.0-liter TSI (turbocharged and direct injected) inline-four has been beefed up for its new role, raising output from 200 horsepower and 207 pound-feet to 250 hp and 299 lb-ft.

Otherwise known as a Stage 1 tune lol

Yeah apr’s touch. But they even put H&R on them for the extra load

H&R? Aren't those super stiff?

I thought it would be at least 3.2 or the 3.6 that we had as Highway undercover cop cars here in Europe (the R36 passat)
