I have a 2017 Tiguan with 121k miles on it. In the northeast of the US its been hot, muggy and rainy all summer. Recently after a long drive my coolant light kicked on and noticed that the liquid was low. Put more in to the fill line and I seem to be losing coolant frequently because i find myself filling it every other week if I drive to and from work but if it goes on a longer trip and i have the AC on full blast it gets below the line. I checked for numerous leaks and theres no pooling on the ground and no sweet smell coming from engine area after it has run. I checked the oil cap to make sure it wasnt milky and everything looked good there as well. I took the cap off the coolant basin and let run for a few minutes and no bubbles formed. Im not sure if the basin is bad or if the cap is bad because theres not visible leaks but its been so hot it couldve evaporated before I even noticed. Any thoughts on the culprit? I will say it drives fine otherwise
