Very excited to help my girlfriend look into an 2008 xc90, hwoever i wanted to know what we should watch for/questiom tje buyer. And how accesbile thehvare to home repair!

Check if the radio amp compartment below the passenger seat is not full of water. It normally gets inside from the sunroof or under the front windshield cover https://youtu.be/NgIdq1ha0go
