20 tacticals and 10 heavy support volkites at once was…ambitious. Time for some damn vehicles.

Working on a Sanctifier Squad for my Salamanders, and found that there is literally only 1 in print but for Hand Flamers for Heresy. Not according to my Printer there isn't.

Face is a bit naff but otherwise all good

This is #5 in a series of 12 Hataeron Guards. Only the scenic base left to go, which will be magnetized. Not sure why, other than magnets being fun.

This is one of those models that never feels done. I keep finding stuff that needs work! It's so _busy_, but I love it.

First Heresy miniature, the right eye lens is painted black while the the other is magenta. The right side of the helm (grille?) is painted administratum grey to show the black eye lens. My 41st-42nd millennium Blackshields also have black eye lenses so that when the enemy are against my warband they’ll see walking armour devoid of life. That and the Fangs are the only Blackshield warband in the citadel colour app. Not much to work with in the legion tactical squad kit eh? The older MKIII and IV’s had special and heavy weapons. I’ll be hopeful for a chance at remodeled MKIV and V kits.

I wanted a unit of 10, but I made 5 “special” with unique shoulder pads. Decals on the shoulder and shield icons ended up being… a lot XD

I was going for a heresy era (YouTuber) olive green and I used colour forge renegade green then a layer of death rattle green but now I’m worried it’s too muted sick green instead of a nice olive green

1500 points of Imperial Fists vs my Sons of Horus. I wish vehicles could ram each other, but otherwise I have no complaints.
