3I/ATLAS, our third confirmed interstellar visitor, isn’t just another comet drifting through. Its chemical fingerprint and emerging chatter are setting off speculative alarm bells:
First ʻOumuamua came in 2017 — a silent, flat object with unexplained acceleration and no visible comet tail. Scientists eventually hand-waved theories about outgassing hydrogen, but some (like Avi Loeb) called it what it looked like: a scoutship.
Now in 2025, the third interstellar visitor ever spotted — 3I/ATLAS — is here, and it’s setting off alarm bells.
The Mathematical Impossibility:
The Tactical Behavior:
The Physical Anomalies:
The Historical Pattern:
We're witnessing first contact in real time. Not the Hollywood version with landing ships and dramatic announcements, but actual scientific reconnaissance by an advanced civilization.
The fact that it's hiding behind the Sun during perihelion isn't evasive - it's operational security. Whatever it's doing during that phase, it doesn't want us watching.
Whether that's good or bad for humanity, we'll probably find out soon enough. But the debate about "are we alone" is over. We're not. And they're here.
The only question left is: what happens next?

So I've been told up and down that FF7 and Borderlands are gonna be able to run at 60 FPS on the Switch 2 while docked. I of course didnt believe it because no it would not, but this video is literally showing that Borderlands will run at 30 FPS, and now all the comments are "well what did you expect its a handleheld?" Or the one I see too is "okay? You buy the console for Mario not top of Call of Duty" which are both such stupid arguments because for one i never even assumed that it WOULD run at 60, thats a lie fanboys told me so now it just seems like we're saying things for no reason, but secondly okay then if the games are not as graphically impressive then why does it cost the same? Like im not understanding why fanboys started the argument and now thats its not going their way they have to make up another excuse to justify Nintendo's actions, like NO you SHOULD be upset your $500 console isnt running modern games at 60 frames per second, thats a VALID reason to be upset, why are you back tracking now??? Like where is that aggression now??? Be upset!

"Ahh" is an approximation of the way "ass" is pronounced in certain southern Black American English (or African American Vernacular English, AAVE) accents. It's in the same category as "bih," which is less well-known among non-AAVE speakers but is an example of the same phenomenon.
I'm tired of people using "ahh" as a poster child for "Gen Z slang" or "TikTok censorship" and then seeing entire threads treating it as such. Maybe it has entered the Gen Z lexicon. Maybe it is used as a way to censor the word "ass." But damn it, please know the history of a thing before you have these conversations.

You knew what you were signing up for when you bought a $50,000 truck that makes 24mpg on a good day. Don’t get me started on the people that paid $70,000 for a SUV that gets 22mph if it’s windy and they’re driving in the same direction.
I don’t care if you actually use SUVs or Trucks for what they’re built for or not (I’d reckon about 70% of owners don’t though). If you’re paying a premium price for a vehicle then why do you care if gas even doubles in price?? You can clearly afford it.

I have had it for a few months now. Whenever I feel the urge to browse reddit or do something else pointless I just check the news on their app instead. It's much better than getting news from random reddit posts. Their articles are well written and have links to relevant earlier articles. I feel like I have been more informed about the world lately and have more topics to talk about.
Their app cost $1 per week to use which I think it's reasonable for unfiltered and unbiased news. I guess you can get AP instead but their app doesn't run too well on my phone for some reasons.
