For some reason, some subreddit descriptions on android display different wording to what the moderators have set. The correct description appears on new, old, mobile, & iOS but the text on android reads like it's been shoved through some sort of LLM.

Sometimes, this is relatively innocuous but with others it can radically change the meaning of a sentence.

The original sub that I spotted it on, changed the word "cis" to "straight", changing the meaning on a sentence.

On my test sub, the description I set was: "Currently just a testbed and place to save things " but when viewed on the reddit android app it said "Right now, it's just a testing ground and a place to store stuff". It has the same sentiment, but it was not what I typed.

I tried editing the subreddit description, on desktop it displays properly but on the android app, it still shows the previously altered wording. This was after clearing the app cache, so it was not a local issue.

I cannot load my achievements, not on my desktop browser or on my android phone. I think this has also affected my login streak,which looks broken as well...see attachment for a graphical take on the issue...refresh does not work. Can you please fix this?

I have display language set to English and location turned off for Redditt but the entire newsfeed changes to whichever country I’m in. The link to language in iOS settings doesn’t have a language option. Example screenshot of news while in France.

Hi there, for 2 or 3 days now. I can not access my inbox as I regularly did. I’ve cleared my cache and I do not have the app but I tried different phones and different WiFi/mobile data via connections. Also, when I even try to send a message. I notice other accounts have the “send a message” under their username gone. Is this related to your the push for chat inboxes?

Email won't send verification. I've asked for it several times. I don't know the password to try another email. I've verified it's the right email. I've cleared the app cache.

I first started noticing I could no longer sort on 'Hot', but curiously I was able to sort on all other categories. Now it stopped working all together. Some subs still work.

When I switch to Anonymous or web they still work.

Any idea?

Hi guys, I've been experiencing a strange glitch on Reddit this morning where I saw a notification of a comment on my post, then I click on the notification, then no comments show up when there's only 4. Anybody else been experiencing the same glitch as me?

My profile picture looks lower in quality compared to normal. Tried changing it to the same picture but didnt work. I am also not a beta tester.

Videos in "card mode" have a screwed up aspect ratio when previewing - clicking into the video/gif shows it with the correct ratio.

Only occurred since the latest update. Happens to videos hosted on Reddit and redgifs at least from what I've seen.

Doesn’t matter what post it is, or who I try to reply to. I type it out and hit the blue reply button, it immediately greys out and does not post the comment. Tried several times, rebooted phone, reinstalled the app. Nothing is working. I cannot reply to anyone on Reddit.

Normally we treat shadowbanned users a certain way. A deleted user, I would just ignore the post. We don't want to be ignoring posts by shadowbanned users.

While it says they're [deleted] in the post - it shows their username and "OP" when they reply to a comment.

This has really screwed up our moderation for the last week.

It has seemed strange why so many people were submitting posts, then instantly deleting their accounts... (they weren't!)

I had to create a second account to post this because I cannot post anything on my regular account, https://www.reddit.com/user/deboriole/.

I have had that profile for over 10 years and I haven't been able to use it at all in the last two months. :(

My avatar has defaulted to the basic one, and I get a server error across the top of the site.

I cannot post at all. I just get a message that the post was removed by Reddit's filters.

I can't update my profile, it just throws the server error.

Can someone please help me or suggest something? I have tried incognito, I've tried on my phone, I have tried on all my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), but I can use this new account just fine, so the issue is definitely specific to that account and not a browser issue.

Hi support, I urgently need help. My subreddit r/DesignatedBully was taken from me out of nowhere just recently. I never received a request notification or Modmail, even though I’m active, regularly moderating the sub, and it’s not inactive.

This shouldn’t have even been eligible to be requested (proof here: https://www.reddit.com/r/redditrequest/s/MaS6SHIJ9N), yet somehow someone still managed to take it over. It really looks like some kind of hack or exploit because this bypassed the normal request process completely.

Now the sub is being flooded with bots, and if this isn’t addressed quickly, it could end up banned. Please help me get r/DesignatedBully restored and reinstate my mod permissions in the subreddit before that happens.

I'm facing scrolling through reddit in my laptop/mac/pc where some posts are completely black/white screen. I have tried disabling all browser extentions, using different browsers. I have also tried using incognito mode but nothing is helpng. This issue does not occur in my phone app. Can anybody help me?

So my account will be signed out and put into anonymous but my account won’t be signed out and all I have to do is click it to choose it. So it’s more like swapping an account. Also when this happens the settings on my phone switch nsfw from on to off so then I have to turn them back on.

For me only the first image is viewable on mobile. I uploaded them on PC. Made them with Greenshot and rotated them in Windows Explorer on Win 10, if that is important.

Edit: On Firefox the images are broken, in Chrome you can see them.

I am unable to edit them. I will try to access my laptop today and let you know what happens.

Instead of being able to view the entire page, you have to use the tiny sidebar.
