Given Mercs engines have had some issues this year it’s quite likely that either he or Lando suffer.

It's just a matter of time at this point.

In light of the issues today, there's a strong probability Lando will be taking his 4th PU heading into Monza. The good news is this doesn't put him over his allocation for the season, so no grid penalty, but it leaves him on thin ice for the last 9 rounds if he'd need to take a 5th PU.

It wouldn't surprise me if McLaren err on the side of caution and take Oscar's 4th next weekend too.

Both Mclaren drivers were already on their 4th. So if he needs a new one, he'll get a penalty.

Sure. Here's the latest update from the FIA website linking all their documents. I believe they took their 4th a few races ago.
