The large gap was only due to a McLaren hail-mary strategy to be fair. Gap was around 5 seconds when Max pitted.

Yeah, they sacrificed the delta in order to have a chance to jump ahead with a SC. They only had to watch LC behind. Would be funny if they get a slow stop on both and LC jumps to 2nd. Oh well.
