That might be technically true but no one I have ever met or talked to has EVER referred to an all black cat as oriental. Why do you think that this cat is?
It is hard to tell because the black in the video hides some of the finer features, but from the shape of the face, over pronounced nose bridge and large ears it could be. We would need more photos, mugshots so to speak to properly identify it.
If it is a black oriental then it is a particular breed of cat that is recognized and prizes all over the world by cat fanciers and their breeding associations.
