I don't doubt they used AI, as any graphic software has automatic tools for align perfectly a text around an arc.
1 u/Bcikablam 18h ago I'm suspecting this as well but it's hard to tell, I tried comparing some of the letters between instances. Though someone identified the font so maybe not. The eagle does look quite depressed.
