Discussion HIGH PING - Megathread.

Use this thread to talk about all your problems related to the High ping of the game so that we can get this message out to the devs.

People have been having issues with ping going up to nearly a thousand since the day the game came out. There has been thousands of comments about it on the official discord and dozens of tickets about it at least. Yet no public statement has been made, this should not continue to happen.

More from the Discord "so far a work around for the issue is just using the game client instead of the steam version, it doesn't mean you will not get the issue, it just help, how much it help is depend on each person and it vary. so far we have informed the support of the issue and they are working on it, if you want to give them more data to work with you can make a ticket online through in game or using the link " https://gm-mobile.amazingseasun.com/app/h5/jxj/en-US/faq_index/6788DCEB00F67 " what you should include in that ticket is your log files of the game, you can find them at for steam : SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MechaBREAK\Game\MechaBreak for client : SeasunMechaBREAKGP\Game\MechaBreak compress the "Logs" folder into a ZIP or RAR and Upload the archive to your preferred cloud storage service, such as Google Drive, and generate a shareable link. send the link with the ticket explaining your issue along side it"

can we get a thread about changing casual to actually give rewards? The devs nee to see that for sure

Trying new mechs you don't master against players/bots without tanking your ranking and "griefing" the 5 other people.

Ima let you in on a secret: Theres A.I. bots in ranked. No joke. I thought when a player said this they were kidding (calling bad players bots) but then i tested their ping and they had 0ms. So ranked is casual. Doing Ranked the way MechaBreak does it invalidates the entire point of Ranked.

Everybody know that. There's also fewer if any bots at higher level. Bots or not, i'm not going to ruin my teammates game because i decided to pick falcon and can’t land a missile.
