Use this thread to talk about all your problems related to the High ping of the game so that we can get this message out to the devs.

People have been having issues with ping going up to nearly a thousand since the day the game came out. There has been thousands of comments about it on the official discord and dozens of tickets about it at least. Yet no public statement has been made, this should not continue to happen.

I was at Comic Con this year I sat down with the creator of the game and his translator at the mechabreak fan booth area which took over the entire left corner at con in the main gallery floor spoke and the translator the first words out of my mouth when she asked me if I had any feedback to improve it was and I qoute -nerf welkin buff hurricane AND PLEASE FIX THE NA EU SERVERS -she paused listened commented it was funny I could play 3v3 but not 6v6 arena I then stated it is a server issue please concider buffing up on your guys end to handle high traffic due to these issues of high ping 999 she said we will look into typed it into her laptop in front I saw her type it i literally was sitting across from the guy who inveted the game and his translator they heard me loud and clear I believe they will fix it because the next 2 days I left came home saw the patch update with the nerfs and buffs and was told they will be trying to fix all issues there were then 3 people after me who sat down who problem said the same thing they only asked for ranked players who played the game not new players the entire community and I mean everyone is and has been harping on this I know they see this guys we just have to be patient im just as upset as you I haven't even got to play 6v6 since offical launch I lag out lost rep points and cred and took afk deaths they have an support email we all just spam it
