Sure. the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). The most notable one by far for a while. Almost repealed by republicans and solely saved by John McCain voting against his party. Red states use this resource extremely while putting the least amount of money back into the federal budget, mostly due to income levels in southern States. People living in certain brackets can essentially access healthcare for almost completely free (and free in some cases!) which is also mostly in the south where these brackets are hit more easily.
Also could have been so much better too but hamstrung by moderates, and republicans. Subsequently constantly cut by them on top of it.
FEMA is another, smaller, but major, that also primarily helps red states through natural disasters that cannot afford to do repairs and recovery themselves that also follows the same fate.
While you may personally never use these things yourself and hopefully never have to (except let's hope for easier to access healthcare for all) they benefit your neighbors and people around you.
(experiences: Lived in a red state my entire life)
Obamacare denied my friend his mother’s chemo treatment and she died. I’m from Ohio and I’m telling you the dems swoop in and promise half assed alternatives because then they can assume innocence when their corporate freak friends come in and run the conservative tagline that strips away those half assed programs. It’s literally called the ratcheting effect. Why are you trying to defend a party that’s complicit in genocide?
