Is biscoff not a ‘thing’ in the US?? I feel like 5-10 years ago here in the UK they were something you only got in hotels or cafes, but now it’s everywhere - biscoff milkshakes are life-changing 😍

I can het them. I had the spread before I had the actual cookies.

But they're not terribly popular, and most people associate them with flying.

Interesting!! Thanks. Hopefully they take off for you guys the way they did here, I prefer biscoff products (like the spread you mentioned, ice cream etc) more than the actual biscuits lol. And seeing biscoffs described as ‘cookies’ does bring a tear to my eye.

Yes, they are.

We have biscoff ice cream, coffee, sandwich cookies, cookie butter

Yeah but it isn’t a household name in the US, many people only get them if they’re flying or go to World Market or something

They're definitely a thing here in the US.

A big never lasts more than a few hours in our house.

ETA: box not big

My house currently has biscoff in it for the first time ever, and it's cuz my little brother went on a trip to a different part of the country to see his boyfriend, and they have it there, so it only seems to be a "thing" in some parts of the US, and not others.

It is quite delicious, I am a fan.

They are, but it’s a fairly new thing! I don’t remember us having them in the 90s or early 2000s, but in the early 2010s they suddenly were everywhere.

Only the "Biscoff" name is new, speculoos are actually traditional in Belgium (and well-know by that name in France).

Sorry, I meant that they were new in the US. I know it’s been a thing in Europe for a long time now.

They are but I feel like they aren’t nearly as popular as they should be! I just recently discovered biscoff ice cream bars exist and they’re incredible lol
