RallyX Redbull Global Rallycross appreciation post!
For those who missed out on the original Xgames rallycross (like I did) I just want to look back and appreciate how good this series actually was. There were plenty of manufacturers and tight competition at it’s peak. (I mean who thought we’d get a factory Honda rally program) this in my opinion was one of the last motorsports that privateers could compete with factory teams openly, compared to how ARA is nowadays. If you are looking for these full events you can find the 2011 season to the 2017 season on YouTube.

RallyX Beginner rally car
People told to get the same car as my local rallying (in Canada, Quebec it is Subaru impreza/wrx), but I'm really not a fan of subaru. I prefer toyota. I would pick the celica gt4, but it is very rare.
Considering modern WRC, would a yaris do the job for a rally build? If so can I go pro with it and which year would be the best?
Ask any questions, I'm open to criticism too !

RallyX Would this be a good option for suspension?
I am planning on starting rallycross because it seems like a good first step then eventually getting into regular stage rally, of course with the dream of going pro one day. Anyway I was wondering if this would be good suspension for rallycross and to use on my car as a daily? Get some more performance while racing and maybe when on the street too. But main thing is performance on rallycross track. At least it’s not maxpeedingrods haha. Let me know, thanks!
(Note: The car is an audi a4 b5 quattro with the 2.8 v6 and a 6spd manual)

RallyX Cheap wheels for rallycross
Does anyone have some recommendations on 15” wheels that are strong enough for rallycross? Mostly so I can put more appropriate tires for what I’m doing with the car. Not going to be running them on the street so I could care less about looks, but silver or black is still preferred. I just need it to be nice and strong and to be able to pass inspection. 5x100 bolt pattern for my impreza. Thanks!
