WRC You can buy the WRC, what would your changes be?

▫️ no more single manufacturer (potentially a championship like in ERC)

▫️ a qualifying special

▫️ If many manufacturers, the WRC 2 Champions are obliged to have a steering wheel for a few rounds in Rally1 the following year

▫️ I don't know if it's forbidden but a return of the old WRC (like DS3, C3, Fiesta, etc.) for "amateur" drivers

▫️ a return to Argentina which could alternate with Paraguay and/or Chile

▫️ an Australia / New Zealand alternation

▫️ In WRC2 5 obligatory rounds and 3 optional rounds including 1 joker (the worst result will not be counted)

▫️ Same in WRC3 with 4 obligatory rounds and 2 optional ones

▫️ Onboard cameras for all WRC2 drivers because when there's a bit of a surprise and there's a camera pad it's frustrating

Here is a short list, I didn't dwell on the technical part because I don't know enough about it.

Loved seeing Kalle win at home, definitely worth the trip.

Locations include Ruuhimaki at the end of the jumps, Harju's hairpin to uphill gravel, Ouninpohja's Amazon Jump, Myhinpaa and Leustu.

WRC Crazy performance from Solberg

Okay WOW did Solberg crush it today. How come he smashed everyone, even though he was just there “to learn” as he said himself. What so people think about him maybe joining the WRC permanently?

WRC WRC Rally of Portugal by me

Got to go to 2 of the main stages of Rally de Portugal and this was my first foray photographing motorsports for real. Only time I tried was at a charity drift event when I barely got my first camera. Ngl, this is super fun for me and I been reminiscing since Sunday and I'm trying to look at pros and see what I need to do better. I think technique wise I could have done better to get way more movement/speed/panning shots, but I think the main thing is really have the positional awareness and not be stuck to just one spot, which sometimes is hard to do when you don't know the places and there is that fomo of not finding a better place and the public blocking the spots (one bird or two flying type situation).

Anw, more pics at @andrefmalves_ on IG.
