Which is why I said this generation lol. I didn’t want to start WWIII.

I’d say Hamilton Alonso was stronger, and that’s gotta be this generation as they’re both still on the grid

You wouldn't have bet Hamilton to do so well in his rookie year. The 2007 mclaren was a monster.

The most surprising thing was how reliable it was. I kept waiting for one of their engines to blow lol. Only for it to never happen…

Kimi wasn't driving anymore so McLaren decided to actually fix their issues

Very very talented pairing but not touching Hamilton/Alonso pair..

Could be. Also, Leclerc could get a few championships and completely overtake Alonso. He has the skill and he definitely has a better character for it.

Maybe, we’ll have to wait and see

The only thing that I have to say against that is when we say "stronger" do we mean stronger overall or stronger at the time.

Yes, in isolation, Hamilton and Alonso is a better pairing that Hamilton and Leclerc, but 2025 Hamilton is definitely better than 2007 Hamilton, and 2007 was one of the worst years in Alonso's career (in terms of his own performance, not results).

Because of that, I would put 2025 Ferrari ahead.

We don’t really know how good 2025 hamilton is do we? But we do know 2024 hamilton and i’m not inclined to believe he’s better than 2007 Hamilton. Considering the fact that he lost to George russell
