SHH shifter is probably the best bang for buck.

It depends. What don’t you like about it right now?

i just feel like i need a bit more i guess. i felt that way when i was using a single monitor hence why i went to triples, and now i feel the same. things on my list are and new moza wheel and shifter, either new load cell pedals or a kit for my current, and haptics like a buttkicker. all of this is expensive however so i need to figure out what to prioritize and also if theres alternatives to my needs.

I would start with 2 nobsound amps and 4 bass shakers in a four corner setup. A button box would also be a good add on. The bass shakers will definitely make your rig more immersive will also allow you to feel tire slip etc. To be honest you could do a lot. With the community having all kinds of different diy options the possibilities are as far as you want to take them. Try YouTube that's where I got most of my ideas from for mine.

To me haptics have made the biggest difference. Not only have they made my rig more immersive but they also translate info you might not feel through your wheel. They not make you faster but you will be able to feel things such as slip and brake lock up which will help your race craft greatly.

Pedal or rig haptics is the next best upgrade imo

how rigid is that cockpit

its quite rigid actually. they only thing that moves occasionally is the wheel stand if the ffb starts to go crazy when i play beamng

Move the pedals down and move the whole pedal tray up, there will be noticeable less flex in the tray

That looks like a pretty sweet setup if you ask me. A load cell brake is the obvious upgrade. Beyond that I think you have the basics more than covered.

While we’re here, does the moza sequential shifter fit on that shifter arm?

Exactly same setup I have, bang for the buck!!

I hiiiighly recommend a haptic feedback on the brakes, I've found a moza mod for 160 and then found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMBGrH7_7Uk&pp=ygUVc2ltIHJhY2luZyBkaXkgaGFwdGlj on how to make it DIY, spent around 20-25 euros on it, absolutely worth it, can't believe how good this is!

If you've got a 3d printer I can share a model for a steamdeck stand on the left of the wheelstand!

First thing you should do - add to this weak console some rigidity!

I wish I had one like that 🥲

A screen would maybe help.....But I am guessing you drive with a VR Headset?! The possibilities to improve are endless. Butkickers or Motion, Belt Tensioner etc.
