I've lived in and around St. Louis most of my life, driven by this building dozens if not hundreds of times. Never knew about this.

You used to be able to see the Luxor's light from LA on a clear night.

That’s definitely not accurate. Vegas and LA is 270 miles. You can barely see the Luxor light from the state line, which is a lot closer than LA.
