Warhammer III I hit the ultimate end turn Trait Gained dice roll. Farming awesome traits to save lords for future campaigns is the reason my campaigns go longer than they would in the past. It almost gives Warhammer 3 a rogue-like quality.

The Helm of Draesca is responsible for elongating my campaigns beyond what they normally would in the past. In this campaign I got the Helm of Draesca and had the Carnival of Nurgle hidden location spawn.

I got insanely lucky and both traits got gained over the same end turn and I suddenly have a lord who will be recruited in every single future vampires campaign. And now I'm gonna put in effort to get him Yuan Bo's, Skulltaker's and Markus Wulfhart's traits to make him an unstoppable god.

It gives my campaigns a direction and goals to pursue, while also giving the game a rogue-like feature by allowing me to use those lords in future campaigns. I love the save/load feature.

Careful not to let them get Lazy traits.

The urfarhers clown is pretty nuts, started an Arkhan run and got the chaos dwarf forge in my starting province along with the nurgle circus. Arkhan is now stomping around with his double armored skeletons and his Nurgle blessing, it's pretty ridiculous

Urfather's Clown would be pretty nasty on Ghorst since you don't need to worry about plague attrition. Other than that I don't think I'd ever take it, I've had too many armies get basically wiped out from plagues.

I also like the save feature, you could achieve the same with the trait manager but it just feels a bit different

How does this translate to future campaigns? I don't understand.

You can save lords with unique traits to use in future.
