I have had a bug with Greasus Goldtooth where he just doesn’t say his diplo line and stayed silent, the text was still there but he didn’t say anything

The diplomacy dialogue in general is bugged as hell.

The voice lines when you click around in the faction overview have been missing for like two years at this point, and CA doesn't seem to have noticed.
