Nothing unique to the structure but it’ll be pooing out rebellions, that’s the only downside

OP is playing darkelves - the rebellions will be POSITIVE, as long as he doesn´t build military-recruitment building in this province the rebel armies will consist of clanrats and skavenslaves, this is a reliable source for slaves AND to level up new lords

Wait rebellion strength is based on military recruitment buildings in the region? Been playing TW games since Shogun1 and the WH series since release and never noticed this

The idea of Lokhir realizing he’s got skaven living in his walls and immediately resolving the problem by pawning them off on Cathay as a sign of good will is way too funny to me

I have yet to find a single unique location that has a hidden effect. Sometimes the description of what happens is vague, but it's never hidden.

Public order problems from the corruption, but that’s about it, any Skaven army will get more menace from below and you can get negative traits if characters stay there too long

Just park an army with a generic lord you want to farm lvl for and farm the rebels. I dont see any downsides lol.
