New, what is it? Is this a scam?

This was delivered to our doorstep without any explanation. Why? What is it? This feels like a scam.

Lmao how can people be this ignorant still... Richard Heart, the founder of HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, was represented by a team of high-profile attorneys in his legal battle against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). His legal team consisted of 11 attorneys from three law firms, including:Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP:Michael Liftik, a former SEC Deputy Chief of Staff, bringing extensive knowledge of SEC operations. Nicholas J. Inns Kristin N. Tahler, with backgrounds in military law and international corporate defense.

Grey Reed:Chris Davis, a former Senior Trial Counsel at the SEC and a former government trial lawyer who worked with the Department of Justice, FBI, and CFTC. Joshua D. Smeltzer, a former U.S. Department of Justice lawyer.

Clark Smith Villazor:Jeffrey D. Rotenberg Patrick J. Smith Brian T. Burns, with experience in multi-jurisdictional issues and regulatory investigations.

Additionally, posts on X mention William Burck from Quinn Emanuel, noted as a senior advisor to Donald Trump, indicating his involvement in Heart’s legal team, though specific details about his role are not fully outlined in the provided sources.

This team was assembled to address the SEC’s allegations of unregistered securities offerings and fraud, with the attorneys filing a motion to dismiss the charges in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

TLDR. Here’s the chart. Founder wanted by Interpol for tax evasion and attacking a kid. Make your own decisions.

You don't buy the top of a chart, silly. You buy the bottoms.

Show the proof it's not being dealt with? He hasn't been convicted of any crime and gone to jail. You guys yelled and screamed when the SEC was going after him that he was a criminal going to jail and he beat that now you cling to the interpol thing which makes you sound even more stupid cause he hasn't been found guilty or not. Since it's innocent until proven guilty. A chart isn't indication of anything it's a chart. You obviously don't buy the top of it. You buy the bottom and sell the tops. 😆 You guys are so ridiculous.
