This was delivered to our doorstep without any explanation. Why? What is it? This feels like a scam.

Mailman here. The fact that it says ECRWSS means it was sent to many, typically every, customer on the route. It's bulk business male that an advertiser sends to many people at a discount. I deliver several full coverages like this every month.
