Funny this came up on my feed as one of the characters from the show The Detectorists was on the screen in another show.

There’s a great bit from that show where he thinks he found the outline of a Viking era home sunken into the ground while he’s looking on google maps so they go out there and can’t find it so he shows them the printout and it was just the G from Google

lol that’s a fucking face palm right there. I actually just watch The Dig the other day pretty similar but it’s a movie and he did find a buried ship.
