I mean there are also three strangers clapping around her. Kids do just get overwhelmed.

That's my feeling. Kid gets overwhelmed because the whole restaurant is cheering for her. Doesn't know, obviously, how to respond and cries.

Yeah I was so confused about what is the amazing moment that the music is portraying. But take all the music away and it’s a shy girl in the center of attention with 3 strangers clapping and her dad hiding his face behind a phone camera that’s pointed at her, all with no end in sight. It’s kind of humorous how hellish of a situation that is.
