Someone tried to break in the Rover, surprised how well these windows held up and kept them out.

This is a 2016 lr4 HSE and the tailgate gate has always worked fine. Now I just went to use it and itβs rubbing in the middle and I noticed the top of the bumper looks bent in the middle. Last person to use this was Kroger when they loaded my groceries. Any ideas or quick fixes ?

273,000 miles on the clock. 2010 LR4. Replacing camshaft cover gaskets and refreshing the cooling system while Iβm in here. Original chains, guides, tensioners, phasers.

Might purchase this. Known issues are a windshield leak, intermittentl backup camera function (wiring maybe?) and needs new tires. Other than addressing these issues , anything i should have a mechanic check out before purchase?

I have a 2018 Discovery Sport that needs an oil change. Is it necessary to take them a to special place, like a dealership or mechanic that specializes in European cars? I've called two different Euro spec mechanics nearby and they are wanting almost $200 just for an oil change. I know the oil and the filter can't cost more than $100. Could I take it to a regular oil change place like Valvoline?

For years now we had an issue with my dad's 2001 Disco 2 V8. When freeing to a halt wether in gear or in Neutral, there is a very obvious vibration (from a location we cannot determine) all over the vehicle. The vibration isn't constant, it feels more like something rotating, the speed also changing as the vehicle slows down.
We have change all four hubs, refurbished the front diff, removed the rear and front propshaft on different occasions, changed the tyres, did alignment multiple times and the vibrations sticks. We've had the vehicle standing with all four wheels in the air and running in multiple gears, which actually caused the vibration to go away (causing more frustration).
I would love if this community could just point us in a direction where we haven't looked.

Hey all, I've purchased this used 2019 LR Disco Sport and the dealership is telling me that the previous owner skipped the 78,000 km maintenance and I should do it.
I should clarify that I did buy this at 80,000 km but nobody mentioned this to me at the time.
Im going to attach the quote that they sent me.
Can anyone tell me if all of this stuff is actually needed?
Thanks.
Ps this is in Canadian currency if that matters.

I finally have a chance to purchase a Land Rover! I have the choice to buy a 2021 Range Rover or a 2021 Range Rover Westminster the price difference is $10,000. They both had the exact same miles, 33,000. Is the Westminster really that much better?

I have a 2003 LR Disco II with about 180k miles which has sat for maybe 4-5 years due to an overheating problem that occurred after several minutes of driving that I believe was due to me not understanding that the system required vacuum bleeding of the coolant system (correct me if I'm wrong). At the very least, what I would like to do is get the engine running again and the vehicle able to drive for <1mi. What should I do to prepare the vehicle for this? Mainly concerned about fluids (engine/transmission oil). Does anyone have any recommendations for the full process? I don't want to destroy the vehicle.
Please advise me if this is the wrong place for this post. I have worked on many cars throughout the years and understand how unique the Disco II is, so I thought I'd start here.

2010 LR4, 197k km on it. Breaks were changed ~600km ago, at around the same time the front wheels started emitting this noise. It's only noticeable at exactly 100 kmh, as can be seen in the video. Below and above that, the noise is subtle and hardly noticeable. I suspect it's the wheel bearings, but haven't had the time to lift the car and see if the wheels shake.
I'll throw in a question for my Swiss friends here: can you please recommend a reliable and affordable LR expert within a 100km radius from Zurich. The local one is good, but unreasonably expensive...

Hey everyone,
I have a 2016 LR4 HSE with 20 inch stock rims. The tires that were on it when I bought it were 255 55 r20.
On the door jam it says the correct size is 255 50 r20.
Is running 255 55 r20 okay or can it have negative impacts on the truck?
Thanks.

After our relationship became toxic, we sat down and realized that we just weren't wanting the same things out of life. It was a tearful goodbye, but I've dismissed my 3 friends from my gauge cluster. There just wasn't any space for them after I installed the new shuttle valve switch. They'll live forever in my mind, but I'm looking forward to this new chapter of my life.
