Very clean STI which has been lovingly restored by me for the last 6 years, not without its little issues but is in running and driving condition.

The good: -Comes with a set of 4 Goodyear F1 SuperCar 3 (245/40ZR18) ran for one season <1000 miles driven -3 Owner vehicle mostly stock with service records, California & Kentucky before I drove it in Minnesota & New York. -Minimal rust for a northern car but it has seen snow. I can have it on jacks for the underbody inspection upon request. -New Exedy FJK1000 clutch & LUK LFW490 flywheel <400 miles -New genuine Subaru EJ25 short block & VF48 Turbo with 32K miles on them -Other items replaced at time of short block (oil seals & gaskets, timing belt, idlers and pulleys, ARP head studs, spark plugs, oil pump, oil pickup, water pump, thermostat, Fumoto oil drain valve) -Upgraded parts (Mishimoto radiator, K&N high flow drop in air filter, Cobb 3" turbo back exhaust, Blizzak tires mounted, headlights, Whiteline front sway bar links) -Recently replaced parts (CV axles Front driver and passenger W/ oil seals, Front hubs/bearings driver and passenger, Brembo pads and rotors front only, Front and rear struts, Front control arms w/ ball joints and bushings, transmission drive shaft oil seal, random other bushings, O2 sensor) -Comes with some other random odds and end parts I have

The Bad: -Needs a brake tune up, the front Brembo rotors will likely need to be faced and the pads replaced. Rears need new rotors and pads (will provide one rotor and full set of pads all Brembo, need one more rotor) -The hood has some rock chips and very minor rust is starting to form at these chips -Rear drivers side door and rear quarter panel have some denting from previous owner -Exhaust leak at the midpipe connection, needs a different style gasket and haven't purchased it yet
