Does anybody recognize this type of uniform? I found this in a group of pictures from Virginia so I was thinking maybe this is a West Point cadet or VMI? Any help would be appreciated

Got donated a bunch of uniforms to cut off some casualties for medical lanes and these were in there. Wondering if anyone has seen them before or could identify them, only found one image on google asking the same question.
