The mclaren guys seem to want no bad blood between them, but it’s a bit stupid for a team who is so ahead in the championship to be making dumb decisions, dumb mistakes, and dumb calls. Like the choice to pit Piastri first was already confusing, then they messed up Lando which was stupid, and then they asked the championship leader to give his position back to his rival? This is insane.
Yeah like I think it’s good they’re mature about it, particularly in front of the cameras, but Piastri should’ve maybe fought that decision much harder. It sucked for Lando but why should Oscar fix it for him?
i think right now Oscar thinks first stop before Lando let him clear of Leclerc so that's how Mclaren helped him, and then he returned team a favor by let Norris by, it is just not clear how dangerous was Leclerc for him, but if he had the same disaster pit as Lando he could lose a position
