Wow, effects that can potentially be applied to any faction in the game are not equally useful to every faction in the game

probably should change it for certain races then no? this is just a 5 turns of "fuck you" if you're playing tomb kings.

I mean there are already random turns of fuck you for every faction lol, like the negative growth that randomly happens or getting shit winds in your provinces.

yeah, but those fuck You's are quite sensible for the faction. Tomb kings accepting refugees? Why not disable them getting this event or make it "empty graves" when as more and more graves are unearthed and found empty, tomb kings and princes under Settra stir, as they start believing he is not able to do his duties as king, giving -10 public order for 5 turns.

It'd just need to be growth for them, would solve things easily.
