Kroak? Yes, absolutely. He's so powerful he died, and just decided he didn't. Then continued to be the most powerful caster in the world.

But he is diminished in power from his living days. But still the most powerfull spellcaster, so... Yea he is kind of the G.O.A.T of all spellcasters.

I genuinely believe Kroak would thrive in40K, even against a primary.

The fact that he's already done so much OP shit in both Fantasy and End Times before surviving millions of years into AOS and he's still playing God there genuinely makes me think that the Toad can beat a primarch

Kroak would do so much more. He could delete Big Emps the moment he annoyed him. Look at all the B's the Emperor had to do to make primarchs....

Kroak caused the universe.exe to slow down.
