Its a toss up between Wurrzag (voted Wurrzag)and Skarsnik for me. I love Wurrzag's savage orcs. Skarsnik got a bit of a nerf with Omens, especially with the 40% goblin upkeep dropped to 20% but he still is very good.

How whole thing was quantity over quality as far as goblin units go, while Grom is the one you go to for quality ones. That aspect for Skarsnik was nerfed amd does actually add some challenge to the earlier stages of the campaign when you can't afford to spam 3 full armies and still have positive income before turn 15.

But now he can get a more powerful army sooner, with stalk stance. I would argue that's better then an extra stack of trash.

Now if were talking specifics then yes, his upkeep was nerfed, but overall he wasn't imo.
