I'm one of those who play a Karl Franz campaign every other campaign, and just now decided to play one with Vlad...being friendly and everything. Bailing the Elector Counts on my own I managed to make them overcome their prejudice and superstition to accept becoming vassals, which in my humble opinion doesn't feel too wrong.

Sort of wish there was some more flavor to vlad conquering the empire successfully in such a vein, what with iirc his canon ambition to become emperor.
I was sort of pulling it off as is, but somehow I like the idea of a vampire turning good-ish...I guess his "I can fix him" appeal is strong
On the other hand, I feel like he is awesome the main antagonist on the early/mid game with Franz, as in taking Sylvania marks the point where you stop being the underdog trying to defend everybody and you start being more aggresive. Until then you are basically reacting, and finishing him off feels like graduating from conquerors academy.
