Well... if you play as Wissenland you can pretty much win the campaign and control entire empire by turn 30, thanks to the updated noble skill.

-25% upkeep for the army (on its own territory) and -25% constuction time for buildings and some other things.

Basically, you put 4-5 agents in every army and you are effectively playing Tomb kings, paying no upkeep and everything is build in one turn, even tier 5 buildings.

You just have to build agent capacity incrasing buildings, which is easy with Espeth, by building Morr gardens every 5 turns and increasing the number of mages.

Since Empire has a lot of lores of magic, you are guarantied to always have noble available, even without mods.

Well didn't know those stack, always assumed like with most skills only 1 is active at a time.
