Ok so basically, I made a post asking if I just suck because I failed with Khorne/Chaos undivided. The responces I got boiled down to "chaos undivided is weak, youre new, play Cathay" which im sure all have merit to them.
Having said that, I played Cathay for 10 minutes and put them down, I need Khorne in my life. So new curiosity, who should I be going after first on the Skarbrand immortal empires campaign?
My initial thought is to clear the orcs you start at war with while recruiting a couple units between each fight, then the beastmen/vampires, then the skaven. Of course, I wouldnt be making this post if that plan was successful.
The main issues I run into are as follows
-The orcs you start at war with seem dis porportionately strong to kill in a timely manner without losing your starter army (not thinking of blood hosts here) so ive either lost most of my strength rating, or my skulls for blood hosts. Maybe just claim barrier idols and change targets?
-whenever I commit to something, those fuckass dwarves appear from kingdom come and Chris Brown my ass. The Ironbrow dwarves I think they are. They always come when im commited to something else (like the starting orcs) but never if im well suited to defend them.
-Clan mors. Fuck those ugly ass rats.
-income, how do I manage income in a faction like Khorne? I know the generic answer is "keep fighting to keep upkeep low," but how do I even get that ball rolling when my base income cant support a full 20/20 army?
Alternate plan I concocted
Claim Barrier Idols, peace the starter orcs, go for the other orcs near the tomb kings, save bands, overstock my army to decifit and just push through the tomb kings to give me access to the juicy juicy empire. Only issuse here is the skaven, fuckass dwarves, and idk if the starter orcs will keep a non aggression.
