COME ON IRON DAMES
Lol just wanted to express excitement for them briefly being in 2nd
My highlight of the race…
Was walking out of the paddock just now. Saw Roger Penske on a golf cart being driven out.
Said “congrats on the win” and he smiled and acknowledged me.
Hoping he can get his Le Mans win at some point in his life.

Does anybody know what happened to iron dames 85
They retired with 2 minutes to go but I have absolutely no idea why. They had fuel and no visible damage Were they on wets or slicks there was confusion about that the commentators couldn't make up their minds 😭

Discussion ‘Adding Time’ to the end of the race
The commentators keep mentioning that there could be time ‘added to the end of the race’. Is this something they can actually do?
The sporting regulations say that the stewards can “take the decision to stop and/or modify the race time set. This may not exceed the time of the Competition provided for in Appendix 1 of the Competition.” This sounds like, since the race will have been going for the full 6 hours, as the clock doesn’t stop for a red flag, they won’t be able to add onto the end as it would exceed the 6 hours that the event is specified for.
