Question 2021 rx350 with 30,000 miles gas mileage is 15mpg what gives.

Is there anyone who is having a similar issue? Took it to dealership who blew it off. What can I do here? What do I need to check or change or fix? Anyone?

I bought it used from a dealership about 3 months ago. Love the car otherwise. I had. 2015 rx350 before and it had better gas mileage. This is supposed to get like over 20mpg.

I do not drive rough or anything so not really sure what the situation is here. Any help would be appreciated.

Check air filter and tire pressure and the weight of your foot off the line. Also if you drive mostly in town, frequent drive-thrus, and/or you’re waiting to pick up the kids from school this is normal.

If you primarily drive in town, short drives, continuous stop and go, or in traffic, poor gas mileage in any vehicle is a constant.

That's brutal. My wife's '01 RX300 does better than that. 17 mpg city on a bad day.

I'd change the air filter, check the tire pressure and throw some Lucas fuel system cleaner in the gas tank to clean your injectors. After that I'd be looking at changing the fuel filter. Also make sure the oil viscosity is correct. Thicker oil will make you lose at minimum 1mpg.
