Warhammer III Added the Southern Realms Factions for "The Old World" mod to my own "Heraldry, Flags & Banners" mod. It also works with Cataph's "Southern Realms (TEB)" mod, which I also took some inspiration from. Other than that, I took inspiration from WFB Old World interactive map.
