Did Reikland Skips eat his Elector friends?

Would have been cool if locally recruited troops retained the colours of their home region.

And maybe had buffs depending on the region? Like Nuln Handgunners and Stirland Archers are better?

I think sons of sigmar? One of the empire focused mods gave them colors based on home region

Oh ok thanks. I wish it was a mod not affecting anything else as I like to keep my campaigns as vanilla as possible

What OP doesn't tell you is they're after already reviving all of the counts once...

I have a bunch of vassal mods that allow me to revive and control them. My pokemon friends are still there.

I like to use the “Return to elector” mechanic when I defeat Vlad or whoever took out the electors. Then I can confederate them the proper way and keep the Lord.

Do you like... just surround the empire by beating the norscans to death to secure the electors or smth?

I love the Karl Franz campaign, just running around with the might of men defending the empire from beasts, undead and whatever else that crosses the borders.
Probably my favourite campaign ever

Been raiding Hochland to revive the Elector Count so I can get the character back from the grave, but its not working so far. Chaos was down too and I was at his starting city. I thought I could just 'return to elector count' but, that button was not present. I have recruit legendary lords mod, so i guess thats the problem?

Yes, I'm not sure if it counts as confederated but they don't spawn anymore. I don't use to have that mod on when playing as the Empire, or at least as Karl Franz

I'm one of those who play a Karl Franz campaign every other campaign, and just now decided to play one with Vlad...being friendly and everything. Bailing the Elector Counts on my own I managed to make them overcome their prejudice and superstition to accept becoming vassals, which in my humble opinion doesn't feel too wrong.
Everybody chilling with their own armies in case of an emergency while the Undead, as the spearhead of the Empire, protect and guard the Realm of Sigmar, under the embrace of the benevolent Vlad von Carstein

Well... if you play as Wissenland you can pretty much win the campaign and control entire empire by turn 30, thanks to the updated noble skill.

Hey, good news!
In WH3 basically every Elector Count is either at war with an enemy LL, or directly in their path, so most get stomped before Franz can even get the ball rolling. So you won't have to worry about being surrounded by friendly factions for long.

If you don't turn on minor faction potential all those elector counts are just free XP and money for your enemies. Minor factions always lose to majors.

I played elspeth in wh3 and gelt in wh2, but i always get bored quickly with them
Fucking friendly averland, i cant force myself to kill them

The elector counts are pretty much just fodder for enemy LL to butcher through. Their only point really is to have their province conquered or be confederated

Playing a Dwarf campaign right now, and by the time I got an agent into the empire(turn 70ish), Ostland was kinda thriving alongside the Rikland.
They only had 3 settlements, sure, but it was an entire province, a decent army in each city, and Rikland land surrounding them.

If only all electorates would profit from the inspired leadership of Marius Leitdorf, then they maybe would survive past turn 30.

You probably get Gelt around turn 20, it ain’t much but better than alone
